The scholarship is offered by the Samvedna Charitable Trust, based in Narnaul, Haryana.
The scholarship is available to meritorious students from economically weaker families in Mahendergarh district, Haryana. The students should have secured admission to a medical or engineering degree program through performance in NEET or JEE.
The Trust offers ₹1,00,000 per year for students pursuing medical degrees at AIIMS or engineering degrees at IIT. For those pursuing these degrees at any centrally or state government-owned institute, the scholarship amount is ₹50,000 per year.
A total of 10 scholarships will be distributed. Out of these, 5 are reserved for engineering students, and 5 are reserved for medical students.
The primary aim of the scholarship is to enable deserving students from economically disadvantaged families in Mahendergarh district to pursue their dream of studying in reputed medical or engineering institutions.
Applicants must submit certificates of Class 10, Class 12, NEET/JEE merit details, admission details, residence and income certificates, and any additional relevant documents via the Trust’s website.
The scholarship will be granted for a period of up to four years, providing the student maintains satisfactory academic performance.
The scholarship amount gets disbursed at the beginning of each academic session after verifying the academic performance report of the student.
The Chairman of the Samvedna Charitable Trust holds the authority to make final decisions in all matters related to the scholarship.
Prospective medical or engineering students in the academic session 2025–2026 may apply via the official website of the Trust. The application must be in the prescribed format available on the website, and all needed documentation must be attached.
If a student's academic performance is deemed unsatisfactory, the scholarship will be discontinued and no further payments will be made.
